I T V Player Wrong Location

I sign in to the I T V player with my account details and get to the point of starting to play the programme ,then a message shows on screen that I cannot play the programme because I am not in U K which is not correct .Any ideas what the problem can be I am wondering if its due to upgrading to W 10
