Update info please

Important - If you install a language pack after you install this update, you must reinstall this update. Therefore, we recommend that you install any language packs that you need before you install this update. For more information, see Add language packs to Windows.

1. Does this mean any language pack with any software?
2. Does it mean that in the future if you load any language pack you have re-instate this update?

I am learning Italian and now and again need to download stuff, will this cause problems for me do you think?
