W10 trying to install Fails

I have just noticed in Windows Updates that my W7 Laptop has been trying to update to W10 and failed.
I am waiting anyway not trying to instal. Not in a hurry.

29th 3 times
30th 0nce
31st once
1st once
2nd once
All failed it says.
Why does this keep happening. Now says UP TO DATE.

Just seen it has also tried to update five drivers and failed. Not been offered them again.
