firefox, downloadhelper

Anyone had difficulties with this of late?

Have been downloading (tut tut) and it now does not display whats playing in the helper box.

All has been fine until now, even tried lifting a previous version 5.2.0 and 5.1, to no avail.

Any suggestions?
