Hi,
When I was using Windows 8, I kept getting intermittent faults with my wired network connection.
My network "card" is -> Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
I thought at the time, it might have been issues with W_8.
When I upgraded to W_10, I had no issues at all, so I thought the issue HAD been a W_8 one.
However, twice today, I have had lost Internet for no apparent reason, and... unplugging the RJ45 from the back of the PC, and re-inserting it immediately restored my Internet connection.
I am back to thinking it is the Network adapter, which is "on board".
I have room to add a PCI card (provided I can get one with a reduced height backplate)
The only other thing is , I do use TP Link adapters.
Is it likely (given unplugging/reinserting the RJ45 fixes the issue immediately) that it could be the Network adapter?
I know they are not expensive, but...
Thanks ;)
