Security updates have been issued today, 10/11/2015, to update Flash Player to v19.0.0.245. You can either download them from Adobe, or wait to see if Flash Player's built-in updater gets the updates automatically.
Download Flash Player (all versions) from Adobe
If you use any other browser(s) as well as IE, make sure that you get all relevant versions of Flash Player; also untick any 'extras' you may be offered!
