I don't really get it. Now if you want to say the recent portion of tna, yes I get that, but what I am talking about is the work from 2011 to 2013, I mean he was pushed from the onset of his tenure with tna, won a big time match to get a contract tna. Then he won the x divsion title it meant a lot more than it does now.
Then he was pushed and even beat bully ray and then he cashed in his x title to win the world title and have a moment that no tna fan will ever forget. Now he lost the belt, but was still decent stuff to work with until 2014, then he was buried by lagana and gaberick.
Now he had an even better indy carrer, with two ROH world titles, but that what do people talk about his indy carrer or tna, tna, even though he was great on the indies. The fact is that at the time he came into tna, tna was bigger and still more poplaur than ROH at the time and in many ways still is.
Just because it is horrible now, does not mean it was bad back then. I would have done the same thing, more expsoure at the time then he ever would have had, plus tna was getting back into pushing light weight wrestlers. Mere fact is that tna helped him become a bigger star than he was then, wwe level, no that is impossible.
Plus if he does go back to the indies his tna fame will help him draw more than he ever ever has before. Also if you are misused in tna you will be seen as a guy with talent that tna messed up on, get buried by wwe and you are a loser wwe reject, get buried by tna you are a great wrestler.
