How to rebuild the Tag Division..?

Been thinking about this for some time now, since the departure of Ryback we are left with a tag division consisting of (title-worthy) two teams.



I struggle to see how they plan to bring the division back into relevancy, when they can't even use the absence of the world title to bring relevance to two midcard titles



I had one idea...



Ziggler and Tyler Breeze. Sort of a new version of the Rockers.



Other thoughts? Ideas?
