Kinjdle tranfgering?

I haven't used my Kindle in a while and have forgotten what I did to transfer books to it Doh!!! :rolleyes:

I clicked on the "action"box in the book I want to upload which say's...

Transfer Tip: After downloading, use your USB cable to connect your computer and Kindle. Your Kindle will appear as a drive on your computer. Copy your downloaded file from your computer to your Kindle's documents folder.

I can't seem to copy the file/book as there isn't an option in R/click etc.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong please?
