No text showing

I received a reply to an email today on the laptop but for some reason in Live Mail no text from the email is showing, just the details at the top. The strange thing is that I received the same email on my tablet and phone which both use Gmail and Android and can read the whole thing perfectly so I know the email was sent correctly. It is only in Live Mail on the laptop that the text does not appear. I can`t understand why it should be showing on two devices but not the third.

Any ideas?
