I have a problem with W10 search and I'm not making much progress resolving why.
The search box is there and I can type in it and as soon as I start to type a row of animated green dots start to run across the top of the search panel as if search is searching but nothing happens apart from that the green dots just run and run with no results. I don't even get 'nothing found please check spelling or file name' :confused:
Any suggestions/help ???? appreciated.
JFI ..I have now switched Cortana (or whatever her blessed name is) off.
But that was while I was trying to resolve this search issue is, everything was at install default when I discovered that search was not working with Cortana at her full helpful best. She reminded me of the helpful :rolleyes: paperclip with goggle eyes in early XP. :D (The office assistant)
