The VLC Player is "Powered" by a 3rd Party Interface program in the Background I have always chosen the Quicktime player Interface ..which also can be used separately OK? Others? No Idea of their Stability or compatability

In this case the Adobe server" "Prompted" QT Version update...DO Not take the extras!
is a Large download of about 40MB !
The Version number now is 7.7.8 and the Corresponding VLC Version is Version 2.2.0 Weatherwax which has not got an Update at this time
Though there is 2.2.1 Listed @ Filehippo (Beta?) Not worth the Hassle OK?
If you have NO Prompt then Carry on without looking into the changes @ QT I think its a minor tweak update for the Windows 10 OS
PS Confirmed! QT Version 7.7.8X (stable) according to FileHippo ,has been around for about 3 years with only minor changes DO Update if the version number says 7.6.xx (that's quite way down the list)
