Free Download Manager has been updated to v3.9.6 build 1623 today, 16/10/2015. You may get the update automatically if you've got FDM set to do this*, otherwise you can download both the Full and Lite versions from the FDM site here:

The Full version only is also usually available from FileHippo, FileHorse or MajorGeeks, although at present it's not on the FileHippo site.
