Publisher - old problem, new twist

I recently posted a problem about printing a tent greetings card in Vista using Publisher 2007 - at that time the card was printing P2 upside down.

Now I am beset by another printing problem: whereas the middle pages print OK, pages 1 and 4 print out as full A4 size instead of fitting on to the folded tent card.

Does anyone know of something to save my sanity? Or can anyone suggest another, preferably free, program I can use to allow me to print a tent card?
