Rotating desktop Backgrounds

Hi,
Wonder if anybody else has had this problem:

I have updated 3 PCs to Windows 10, and have basically set all 3 up the same.

This problem relates to the wallpaper settings:

In Settings, Personalisation, Background - you can elect to set the Background to Picture, Solid Colour or Slideshow.
I have all 3 set to Slideshow.
Once there, you are invited to "Choose albums for your slideshow"
Browse (to - in my case a Folder in Users/Documents/Pictures - containing 3 pictures.
The folder is selected, not individual pictures, and - my folder is the same on all 3 PCs.
On 2 of the PCs the pictures rotate to a preset time (1 minute,10 minutes, 30 minutes etc - mine are all 10 minute)

2 of the 3 PCs are fine, the 3rd doesn't work.

The only difference I can identify (but I can't for the life of me see that this has any bearing) is that the one that doesn't rotate is the one that I have done a Clean Install on. The 2 that do work are upgraded builds (one has gone over the 30 days, and one hasn't)

I have tried altering the timing to 1 minute but this makes no difference, it never changes.
It will change however if I R Click on the desktop, and select "Next Desktop Background".

Not a show stopper, but rather a strange issue. Any Ideas?

I have all PCs set to not send anything to Microsoft (as far as I can tell), but I would like to report this as a potential issue, but not sure where to do this, as I'm not sure if they read the Webuser Forums
