In My review of what features are inside Windows 10 Bundle I discovered yet again Microsoft .NET Framework is excluded
Leaving a lot of Functionality off this new OS and of course Microsoft have not mentioned it up front. Leaving many of us to discover/rediscover this Link (bar the Old users of this App)
A recap of what it does This was originally made to Help with downloads but eventually it helped out with lots of other things such as Email,Media steaming file Transfers (It really is a quiet Jack of all trades)
I originally used it to help direct download a 250 MB game File on Dial-up (Windows 98 SE) and It could not be made with a Download manager ex Japan server (Took a Few hours) :rolleyes: same Item takes a maximum of half an hour on this connection and is auto Archived (Held) Until the checksums matches On both Chrome and my Yandex browsers (Copied off the Download Managers) Internet Explorer does not have this Luxury:(
Or the Official version
To install this go to File Hippo and Install .NET Framework Version 3.5 (2.5 Mb)
Then you have 2 options.First. Wait a few days for Microsoft Windows update to download and install the latest Version (62 Mb)up to Version 4.5 or 4.6? which are good for Windows 10 (all run on Windows 7 through to Windows 8)
Or return and Download it from FileHippo beating MS Windows Update af its not downloaded > This Program installs on Both 32 and 64 Bit
www.Filehorse.com also has this Download
but CNET download.com Only has the older 4.0 version listed which will prompt an update off Windows Update to the latest version!
