Strange notification on Shutdown.

When I first upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, every time I shut down the computer a message appeared telling me that an application was preventing the computer shutting down, and there was an icon with a string of Chinese characters next to it, and after a few seconds the shutdown proceeded OK.
After a week or so this message no longer appeared, but after yesterday's Windows 10 update the same message has again appeared - has anyone an explanation?
