I have just begun the process of getting my Windows 7 Professional PC set up to have a clean install of Windows 10 Pro, and I ran the Disk cleanup Tool and I noted (never ran it ) that there were 2 Unticked boxes on the list, with several GB of data in each..
The First was the Temporary Internet files and the second was the Windows Installation files from Installing Windows 7 I clicked in the section and It said they were safe to delete:)> They'll both be several GB on the List sizes
I think the 2nd link is called: "Windows Update cleanup"
I now have almost 8 GB 'New" diskspace ! :)
