When I press the white Microsoft icon to get Windows 10 download, I then request to be sent to me, after 24 hours or so l get this message
'GWXUX has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available'
I have asked in Currys and Harvey Norman and a few other computer experts what this is all about and nobody can tell me
Can any one enlighten me as I can't get Windows 10 without giving it in and being charged £50 to get it installed
