Blow me, just a few hours after a problem with Win7 update it's gone wrong on my new 8.1 laptop.
I can open it only via search, then the screen that opens has its headers but the page is otherwise blank ! Just cursor and hourglass.
Prior to this it did open, clicked install but nothing happened so I closed it with task manager.
Also now, cannot open control panel from the right click start button - nothing happens !
I've shut down the machine, hopefully waiting an outcome from here.
