Only one programme/app failed to work when I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro - Intel Rapid Storage enterprise.
I looked online and the only suggestion was to reinstall the app, so I uninstalled it and went to Intel's website and chose the version that appeared to be the one for my system.
The download proceeded normally, but when the installation process started a message appeared saying "Not supported on the platform".
I found the addresses of eight Intel UK offices (no email addresses were shown), so I wrote to my nearest one but got no reply.
I then wrote to all the others with the same result.
I then found the name of the UK General Manager and wrote to him - again no response.
Has anyone had any worse customer service than this?
