We tried to update my daughters phone to ios9. It took 20 mins to download and then failed to install. Since then every time she switches on data "something" is constantly trying to update and failing every time. It is always 2.86 mb every time and in the space of 7 mins it made 30 attempts. This constant usage sent her data allowance over limit causing excess charge of £15.
Now she cannot switch on data as this is constantly using up data at an alarming rate.
Any help please

Just googled and found that ios9 switches automatically from wi fi to cellular, even though ios9 did not install properly.
Do you think this is the problem ?
