Photos On I/Pad.

Can someone tell me why I ended up with "Camera Roll" and "My Photo Stream"
on my I/Pad?

I don't really want to have both, as that means I've got two copies of every photo on the I/Pad.

Is it possible to get rid of one of them, thanks in advance.
