Last Thursday saw Austin Aries keep his issues with MVP going despite MVP's heel turn. I'd say that's a face turn, but Aries has been booked consistently as a tweener for a long time now always favoring himself over anything else.
He's gone from barely being on Impact to now dealing with the World Champion and #1 Contender. If I know my wrestling tropes correctly, adding to the fact that MVP had his one on one shot, selling an angle more than anything but still. I'd say what awaits is the usual 3 Way title match scenario. It's not official yet. But regardless of that it seems that's the direction we're going. Austin is a favorite of the fans and extremely talented. Not to he is still signed for a long while. TNA would do wise to put him in the Slammiversary title match or perhaps push him to a title match at Bound For Glory.
He's already got a fanbase in TNA and has for a good while. As opposed to MVP.
