NXT rivaling the WWE? HHH says that's his goal...

Apparently in his sit down interview with Mitchell Cole this week, HHH stated he wanted NXT to become big enough to be rivals with the WWE. I don't know what context to take that in, but one is to assume he wants the brands to be separate similar to ECW and WCW.
