They're an amazing tag team, and furthermore surprisingly balanced. Partially because they're nearly indistinguishable from one another, but I feel there is very little that separates them performance wise.
However I think Jey (despite his rather abysmal SD! "injured" performance) is slightly sharper in the ring than his brother.
Would you ever give one of them a singles run? There are lots of examples of teams that seemed inseparable being split up, and one member going on to singles success, Jeff Hardy, Edge, Booker T all come to mind.
