Unidentified Network - No Internet Access

I've got this coming up on PCs when they try to connect to an access point. I've run the windows diagnostics but it just suggests rebooting the router which doesn't seem to help.

Strangely, my iPhone will connect fine.

Is anyone able to advise please?
