windows backup

hello, while doing the scheduled Windows 7 backup on Sunday, I noticed that view detail button was not working, the backup itself was working and completed the backup successfully, but I has no idea of % of backup ha been done or how much was left until it had been completed. It was working the last time used on the Sunday previous. any suggestions please would be greatly appreciated. wynford400
