Runtime Error

I keep getting the following error when I first boot up. I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 a while ago and really have had no problems until today. I took my laptop to my daughter's house and each time I have booted up, I got this error message. There was an update done since I booted up the first time. How do I get rid of this?
