I'm running Windows 8.1. For some time IE11 hasn't been working. I rarely use it so I don't know for how long the problem has been there. In a sense it doesn't matter, but as the program is there, I would like to have it functional. I've tried all the fixes I know of - turning IE off then on again, resetting to default settings, applying a Fixit, troubleshooting etc but to no avail.
When I attempt to launch, I get a blank window for a few seconds, then it disappears.
I have just found the folliowing page online. I've never heard of the site before so I'm wary of it.
I'm tempted to try the third option. Do any of you folks have any experience of this?
