Philadelphia 76ers

I have to admit this is another draft in which they left many people scratching their heads. They took a smart gamble on Joel Embiid. When you’re rebuilding and you need elite talent you swing for the fences not play it safe. Put Embiid next to Nerlens Noel in a couple years and if they both stay healthy they can be a force in the paint. The Sixers got a good future point forward - Dario Saric but likely he will spend the next two years in Turkey, developing. They picked up the very athletic Jerami Grant out of Syracuse, who should make some plays and fits an up-tempo system like the Sixers run. They rolled the dice on a few Europeans as well who may pan out down the line.

The people likely upset are the fans as I doubt they want to sit through another terrible season. Although I think they'll fare well if Noel is ready to suit up this upcoming season. Mix.these guys with Thad Young and MCW - you got a,pretty good team in 2-3 seasons.

Who all agrees or do you think the 76ers are doomed yet again?

WWE Money in the Bank: Big E VS Rusev

This match was announced last night on Smackdown. They had a good short match at Payback but I can't say I'm looking forward to this as I would've preferred that both men move on from each other. I wanted to see Big E in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match and Rusev taking on a much bigger threat like Big Show or Mark Henry. I think they should've made this a Flag Match just to add something different to the rematch and make it a little more interesting to watch. The rise of Rusev continues this Sunday. RUSEV UDREA! RUSEV MACHKA!

Report: Japanese Star To Officially Sign With WWE

The WZ main page, wrestlinginc.com, prowrestling.net and a few other sites are reporting, via Tokyo Sports, that long time Pro Wrestling Noah star Kenta Kobayashi will officially announce signing with WWE at a press conference at the a WWE house show in Tokyo on July 12.

Kobayashi's signing with WWE has been rumored, talked about and speculated for months, but it looks like it's going to be official within a few weeks. I'm not exactly sure whether this will be a good move for him or not to be perfectly honest. Like many other of the top stars in Japan, Kenta's stardom has been as in the junior heavyweight/light heavyweight/cruiserweight ranks and there are no weight divisions in WWE. Considering that he's billed at 5'8" 180 lbs., I don't see him being a contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship anytime soon. The only World Champion in WWE history to weigh under 200 lbs. is Rey Mysterio and he wasn't exactly booked to look like a strong champion, nor did a lot of fans take him seriously all that seriously as champion.

Various reports have alleged that Kenta has always wanted to work in WWE and after turning 33 years old roughly 3 weeks before WrestleMania XXX, the door of that possibility had to have been closing fast. I'm not sure what he expects/hopes/wants as far as his run goes, though I've little doubt he'll be making good money, otherwise I doubt he'd leave what's been a lucrative gig for him for almost his entire career in Noah. If he heads to NXT, I don't think it'll be for all that long.

IF Vince doesn't make him into some sort of parody or outdated Japanese stereotype when he hits the WWE roster, that'll be a positive step in the right direction.

Will he make it??

So it has been confirmed by WWE on their website that Barrett did indeed suffer a shoulder injury on Smackdown, but, still haven't posted whether they are pulling him from the match or not..

Do you think he will be fit (enough) in time to compete or do you think he will miss this match?

I personally see this as good news, if he was going to be withdrawn, surely they would of mentioned it on the website by now?

Perhaps he will have his entrance for the briefcase match, then go sit on commentary, making everyone assume hes not competing, then when he see's his chance, he gets up from commentary to win the briefcase, or be about to win the briefcase for someone to stop him just in time??

What are your thoughts on the situation?

A Wrestling What If - CESARO vs RUSEV

It has been clear to many of us for sometime that Cesaro has some serious Face potential and with moves such as the Giant Swing in his repertoire, the fans started to cheer him on pre-Wrestlemania 30 when he was still a part of the Real Americans with Zeb and Swagger. He went on to win the AtGBR at Mania 30, but instead of a face turn thereafter to cement his growing popularity, WWE decided to have him align himself with Paul Heyman.

Now, enticing as the manager-client match is between Heyman and Cesaro, it is fair to say that thus far, it hasn't really delivered thus far. To some, including myself, Cesaro's popularity will have to be built up in a big way again to cement himself as a capable Main Event performer and it could yet come by the way of the rumoured Heyman Guys Showdown between Cesaro and Brock Lesnar.

All that said;

What IF, Cesaro did have a face turn, but instead stayed with Zeb Colter in a Babyface Real Americans, with Swagger(who is nothing more than a MidCarder anyways) being the one to be kicked out of the group?

At the end of the day, it is not like Cesaro has been in any important storylines since Mania until now. Also, a program with Swagger after Mania initially culminating in a grudge match between Cesaro w/Zeb vs Swagger would have been a great start point for his babyface run.

Also, with an actual over babyface in a conveniently named Real American type team w/Cesaro & Zeb Colter...would have been the perfect storyline opponent for Rusev & Lana and whilst it would have generated some great in-ring work between the two strong men/'super athletes', it would have helped Cesaro's popularity go through the roof,lMO, whilst also making more use of Zeb Colter in a face role.

It would have been the perfect Storyline for a SummerSlam match-up to cement Cesaro's popularity with the Real Americans vs Evil Russians , and could have been a way to not only help Cesaro to the top, but also with great in-ring work, Rusev could have come out looking all the better going forward also.

Also, throw the United States title into such a feud going into SummerSlam(maybe, Rusev defeats Sheamus for it) and that would generate even more interest in it.(Rusev as some from the IWC have suggested, can rename the US title,as the Russian Heavyweight title)

It is also not impossible to make the Cesaro vs Lesnar match a possibility at Wrestlemania 31, even if Cesaro and Heyman never linked up,tbh.

Storyline-wise, it might not have been as interesting as 2 Heyman guys going after each other, but it would still have been a great feud regardless, with a proper Heyman vs Zeb confrontation as well, since both would be with guys that the WWE has faith in(as opposed to Zeb and Swagger in a half-hearted grudge feud with Cesaro w/Heyman).

Bo Dallas Marries Former NXT Diva

Whenever you turn around at any point over the past few months, it seems that somebody on the WWE roster's gettin' hitched. Bo Dallas is the latest sucke...umm...happy groom to make his way down the aisle and he's done so with recently released NXT Diva Sarah Backman.

Sarah Backman is a woman with a pretty damn unique look. She's only 22 years old, was born in Sweden and is an 8 time World Arm Wrestling Champion. She's hot and kinda scary looking at the same time.

This is a close up of her face: http://ift.tt/1mqxq2f Pretty damn nice, right?

So here's a body shot: http://ift.tt/1mqxq2f

Me personally, I like some muscles on a gal, but she might be a bit too much. Still, Bo won't have to worry about opening those stubborn pickle jars anymore.

How do you make a successful sexual character in today's WWE

Like a Godfather or a Val Venis...

No not like Mark Henry!
