my mother has just started using Facebook. She has found an old friend but my mother doesn't want all her 'friend's pictures' on her own fb page. Do all friend's pics, their friends and their conversation just go with the territory? . She couldn't find a way of not getting every new picture of a cuddly toy that the lady uploaded onto her page and so has unfriended her friend as she couldn't contact her by any other means. I told her not to give out her phone no or email. Does facebook do something like private messages? Or should she just make up a new email address for her facebook friends. Many thanks.
