Dead Laptop

Whie installing a system image on Acer 5750 from a Verbatim image , i pulled out the lead mid restore and have lost everything.
Is there any way i can start over or at least get my P.C. running as it is now not booting at all .
I have no recovery discs . Any Help Please.
