I have an HP desktop and when I used the above tool it told me my Graphics card was not compatible. I bought a new one recommended in Webuser and it works fine on the PC. The problem is the "Get windows" tool still tells me that the card is incompatible, but it it quoting my old card number which I have removed all trace of. How can I get it to make a fresh appraisal and not use its memory, which I think is what is happening?
