Is this a scam?

I have just received an email allegedly from apple stating a charge is to be made in respect of icloud. There is a link which is provided if I wish to dispute. When I click on it, the page turns red and phishing is mentioned. I'm asking myself now, is this my antivirus kicking in to state the email is not genuine, or is it something introduced to make me think I should ignore the email and that the charge take place.

There is something curious, it says Receipt nr, not No.
