How to possibly book Swagger VS Rusev

I hope I get it in the right forum this time. I know people have said this before, and maybe thought of this same scenario, but how to book Swagger to turn face and go up against Rusev? Well, there's talk of Hulk Hogan having the GM role, and if nothing else he at least shows up every now and then. Although it's taped on Tuesday, SmackDown will air on the 4th of July this year. Cliche, I know, but what if Hogan were to be on Smackdown, talking about how great America is and how good it is to be a real American etc etc. You know how Lana is doing the whole anti-American shtick? Again, I know this has been done before, but why not have Lana come out and interrupt Hogan, challenge him to a match, to which Hogan accepts. (He's not in great shape, but that doesn't matter.) This time, no typical Hogan beatdown and comeback, just beatdown. He's in the Accolade, Hogan taps out but Rusev just does not let go, to the point where Swagger runs down to save Hogan, the original Real American, thus turning face. They take it from there and Swagger drops Coulter and has Hogan in his corner at the PPV.
