I recently purchased a large item (£500).
Days after arrival it malfunctioned.
Without going into detail,(the case is very strange) the seller disputed the cause, suggested we caused it and refused to refund.
Not wanting any hassle or court proceedings I presented my case to Amazon.
Amazon refunded the money this morning !
Excellent outcome and service.
For those who have never used it (as I hadn't) I think this will reassure.
