I installed the windows 10 version 10240.On the spare HP laptop that was gathering dust in the corner of the boxroom.
Well I must say it went very well it took just over the 90min to complete,Also I was very surprised that some of the programs that hp had preinstalled on the laptop was all okay with W10 even the Microsoft works is running well and my two printers was okay.
The only issue that I got is when I rip some music from a CD using the built in windows media player,The music goes to the Public music folder not my music folder.
When I attempt to change the location through the WMP tools options rip music to the location,I cant change to my music it tells that the selected folder is not available ,Verify that you have the correct permission to add files to this folder. .That has made a bit of disappointment really to the windows 10.
Also I took a big challenge on and deleted the windows old folder,I followed the link provided in the windows 7 forums,That went okay.
Also my Microsoft office 2010 went on okay,
Would anyone have any ideas on that music issue Please.
