Sorry if I posted in the wrong forum section. But I have a 6GB zip file, and this file contains really important information (all sorts of files, media, software, etc). Now when I open the zip file, it tells me that the zip file is corrupt. Am I doomed?
The weird thing is if I open the zip file in WinRAR, it tells me the zip file is corrupt, but I still can see all the files in the WinRAR window. I just can't extract them.
I searched on google for some tools that repair corrupt zip files, but I'm not sure if they work or not (the evaluation versions doesn't let you save the files). Anyone can recommend a software or a fix to this?
