Hi everyone, my laptop has recently developed a problem. On random websites, the screen will freeze, then the desktop appears, then after an interval of some seconds, the web page will reappear and be useable as normal. I can't see a common thread with the websites.
I'm a self-taught silver surfer with very little knowledge of what makes computers tick. Does this mean my laptop is about to pack up altogether ?
I'm using a three year-old Acer Aspire 5733 with Windows7 and Norton360 security, and have never had any problems with it before this.
Any ideas please ?
