I like Microsoft Edge
there Ive said it. :D
I find it quicker to load, and quicker to surf than both IE11 and Firefox and this is via Wi-Fi.
When I first opened it, it looked a bit Spartan and very basic.
Then I opened Settings and adjusted them in order one-by-one including Advanced Settings.
I changed the pop-out Theme from Light to Dark and selected to open with my preferred Home Page.
I then opened IE11 and spent an hour removing redundant Favourites, creating appropriate sub-folders, and sorting relevant items into these folders been meaning to do that for a while.
Back into Edge I imported these IE11 Favourites into Edge, and am now one click away from accessing them all by clicking on the Hub icon.
The dark pop-out list is pleasing to the eye with its modern display.
Yep - there are no extensions or add-ons to slow down browsing (so far) and this suits me just fine.
Though I understand that Adblock+ is working on compatibility with W10 ??? if Microsoft allows it.
I also understand that Edge is still very much work in progress. I reckon that it will gradually evolve into a very good (even popular) browser.
Ive absolutely no complaints or moans about Windows 10 and will now gradually upgrade the rest of my W7 machines in due course.
