Phone Accounts

I'm having trouble with my Sony Xperia M4 aqua, and because I've had if for over a month, it will have to be repaired, not replaced. Without sounding stupid, I don't know what to do with some of the accounts. If I remove the accounts in settings, will I lose data. Mainly apps like MapMyWalk (which I think is synced to the website), WhatsApp, Facebook, etc
