I have been reading the posts here after eight failed attempts by W10 to be installed.
I have now downloaded, and saved, Media Creation.exe but when I click on "Run" nothing happens.
This is probably a stupid question but what am I supposed to do next, please? I have had a PC for many years and this is the first time I feel flummoxed.
Any help you can offer, gratefully received.
