I can't believe it, I'm so disappointed, I reserved my Windows 10 months ago and people around me have been getting theirs but not me so I clicked on the Windows icon that has been at the bottom of my monitor since I reserved it, hoping it would be there and it says
"This PC can't run Windows 10 it doesn't meet the system requirements"
" Here's why Windows 10 can't be installed on this PC"

The display manufacturer hasn't made your display compatible with Windows 10. Check with the manufacturer for support"
Can anyone explain this to me in plain English please? I'm sure when I first clicked on to reserve W10 it did a check to see if my PC qualified for it.
