I've just changed my email provider from Windows Live Mail to Thunderbird. more complicated but all seems fine except....when I click "Send", approximately 50% of the time I get the following onscreen message.."Sending of message failed. Could not be sent using the outgoing server smtp for an unknown reason, please verify the connection and try again". When I retry it always gets sent. As I stated it doesn't happen every time, and on these occasions it sends as soon as I click. I'm baffled and would appreciate anyone's opinion.
