The start icon on my windows 10 suddenly stopped working. I still had google and my mail but, following my shutting the computer down, I get a message there has been a critical error with the start and it will try to resolve the problem on a restart but it does not. keep getting the same error message and nothing else. Now, nothing works. Any ideas please? John R
