Earlier this evening, whilst browsing the internet, I received the following popup scam.
WARNING: BT customer [xx.xxx.xx.xxx] from United+Kingdom.
Serious security vulnerabilities might have been found on 8/12/2015.
Call 020-3478-6343 [TOLL FREE] for immediate assistance.
An official technician will help you remove any adware/spyware on your computer.
As a precaution I immediately exited the internet and ran my security software. As expected no trace of adware/spyware was found.
