I Have mentioned several Times about Google Hangouts also the Similar WebRTC Apps on the Chrome ,FireFox (Also works with Opera) based Browsers
and with Windows 10 it too (on the Edge Browser) has its own "Protocol" called Object RTC which is a newer Variation of WebRTC >Claims to be backwards Compatible to the Older Protocol
What I'd like to see is all of that trying to broadcast on another Browser ...Google Hangouts is the Best place to start
The Moderator (room master) makes up the room and all the other Participants from the other Players/browsers Go Live Bound to be a few fails on the way
Is trying hard to be a Universal app but falls short sometimes The goal is for the Person on Browser/App A to interact with all the others as both a guest and Host

Over due review/Test of the WebRTC and ObjectRTC Programs
