I Have tried looking up the same on Windows 7 but cannot access the EULA there

Is it broken down into sections? If so is there a section 7 B?

Seems to me Unlike XP and the MSRT Windows 10 is Going Full on to Detect and flag /Ban all other Programs which Flag not genuine ... Some game Modders may be affected with emulators ?

Seems its not just the Windows and Microsoft Programs ..They are reaching out into other Programs major Apps Too
..But Who have escaped this new initiative /Cull. And of course is there any Opt out and Appeal Procedures in place?

Lets hope we don't run into a sea of False positive's on this :(

But again No Clues as to what is affected by this Ban/embargo
We Do Not want to Use "Approved " Hardware which is out of our Price range and /or inferior quality :mad:
