Great American Bash '88

JCP's booking of Flair/Luger at the '88 Bash was TERRIBLE. In an era when the WWF always sent the fans home happy, Crockett couldn't afford to constantly anger his fan base. I'm not saying Luger winning the title would have saved JCP, but it wouldn't have angered so many people.



I would have had Luger beat Flair for the NWA Title at the Bash, then drop it back to Flair at Starrcade '88.
